We want to move into his apartment and pay rent on your account at Lambeth ever it from your account. What I know is that, if we lived, we laambeth with them, and we have to go anywhere, we still? and what do we do if we found? Moreover, as we have the problem of municipal taxes address? Note: This is simply a study done nothing illegal!

It is missing essential information that can not always provide a solution ..... Are you by chance a local authority tenant your property now? If so, you may be able to have with your brother and sister and done it, could end what was before his lease and move to the Isle of Wight, while to preserve what his leased.

Whether you happen to Lambeth, if you find that you are in the occupation of their property without a lease, Yeah, I think, because they are legally obliged to do so. There would be no reason to keep the property, so it is more likely to notice seeking possession of his brother and sister in the direction of the Lambeth end of his activity there. Authorities take you if your family members are enrolled in local taxes in each direction from the current premises to check against the owners of other previous speeches on a percentage of the time.

ACCand position, you should have a consultation with independent apartment and a place to do this would be separate from the Council, speak to go with the house. They have an excellent reputation for advising their own accommodation, and in May will be in the directory.

.. but its hard it is that you can make a good example to look up more space for the housing authority in their own right ...
to investigate whether "trading systems from home" in the consultation ... it is clear why he was the space and the problems with the house, you need this now ....
There seems no logic in what you propose, with his brother and natural justice, but that's irrelevant when it comes to housing policy necesserally .... Technically would sublet your apartment for you that might be your problem ... not necessarily insurmountable .... If you live in a house while they are still here, it may be possible, your name in the book as a car ... You and your husband would be called to calculate tax advice ... pressumtion if you pay a contribution at the head of a household who is responsible when they act, they might be able to transfer ownership of you ... Not only that, if one should become homeless because his brother is in motion, then you are unitenionally HOMeless and needs to be reinstalled (it's a risk we know that the resettlement May not be as good as you want, but they must be fair and reasonable that you have against )...... now in different settings or housing advice or housing association criteria for the negotiation of the lease may be different, but it would be prudent on your part to make this inquiry in relation to the house .. . . I would like to pay money to compensate for his brother to remain open in the possession of the house until you officially nothing more to say ..... if the person for advice on their rights ... Do not take this or any other advice you get from here as gospel ... must be very careful here as homeless is no joke

I suspect you will be asked to leave are, so you would stay unfair to those who asked the Council to be found and have been waiting for a place in God knows how long .... Under no circumstances, you should not say and do what you initially said that the house was sold to his brother and it would violate a number of effective laws subletting advice of your own.

Check out the advice of the citizens - who are treated impartially and confidentially and experts are right to say who. Sounds like an ideal solution for you! Good luck, hope it works.
